The Cleanfix Switching Fan
Modern machines demand enhanced cooling due to increased requirements concerning emissions as well as greater operator comfort. This requires a higher airflow, which leads to greater dust and dirt accumulation that clog radiators and air intake screens.
The patented Cleanfix system cleans air-intake screens and the dirty radiators by switching the air flow direction and therefore increasing productivity and saving fuel costs. There is no need for machine downtime, the Cleanfix system operates using an adjustable timer or the operator simply presses a button. Cleanfix systems come in a variety of configurations including sucking, blowing, CW or CCW direction, thermo controlled and more.
The Cleanfix switching fan system can be retrofitted using an adaptor flange to almost any type of machinery. Fan systems available in sizes from 380 - 1160mm.
