The family business REFORM-WERKE BAUER & CO GmbH has been owned by three generations of the family and consists of the agricultural machines and vehicles plant and the foundry.
For about 50 years, the agricultural machines department has pursued a policy of specialising in sowing technology and the mechanisation of mountain farming.

REFORM specialises:

• in the mechanisation of mountain farming:
  Main domain of the enterprise. The international leading product range includes: the manual and hydrostatic control motor mowers and two-axle mower Reform Metrac, mountain tractor Reform Mounty and transport vehicle Reform Muli with mounted tools.

• in sowing technology:
  Based on a tradition of long standing – Reform has been producing sowing machines for agriculture since 1910 – Reform`s Semo 100 and the new Reform Semo S3 offer innovative sowing technology for alternative methods of cultivation.

• also in non-agricultural areas, especially in municipal services technology: Reform offers innovative solutions in the fields of green space and embankment care, difficult transport tasks in rough terrain, winter road clearance and street cleaning in urban and rural areas – the fully developed Reform machines will cope with these and many other tasks.
